Vitiligo (vit-ill-EYE-go ) is a pigmentation disorder in which melanocytes (the cells that make pigment) in the skin, the mucous membranes (tissues that line the inside of the mouth and nose and genital and rectal areas), and the retina (inner layer of the eyeball) are destroyed. As a result, white patches of skin appear on different parts of the body. The hair that grows in areas affected by vitiligo usually turns white.

We accept orders on the basis that you have read our terms and conditions and accepted.

Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched next day if received before 1PM UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), except Sundays. Orders are sent by DHL, and are delivered within 6-9 days

Delay in shipping:
We cannot anticipate delays due to custom clearance. Such delays will only be notified if shipment is delayed for over one week. If incorrect or defective merchandise is received, we will reship the merchandise.

Refund
You have right to return unopened/ sealed/empty Dermatint Oil within 15 days, and have a refund provided that.

The packing should returned to us.
Shipping charges or non-refundable.
A 15% handling charges will be charged/revied.
The cost of the returning goods) oil shall be your responsibility. Upon receipt of returned goods to our business address, the calculated refund will be issue to the originality credit card holder/payee’s a/c.
